Tumblr is always a big part of my life.

I just arrived home from the 2nd Phase Screening of the MarkProf Top 25 Marketing Management Students held in Makati Hope Christian School. We had 3 different sets of activities. The first was the individual basic marketing quiz. Then since I got the B on the grouping, I took the individual case study first which is to create a marketing plan for Penshoppe fragrances. And then afterwards, we had a 15 minute snack and cr break. And it was followed by the Group Case Study where we will be grouped by our designated letter and number. I belong to the group B8 together with other schools like Ateneo de Manila, Ateneo de Davao, UP Diliman, PUP Manila, Letran and UE Caloocan. We made a marketing plan for Tully’s Coffee. And part of the marketing plan was actually about blogging in which it will a good source to increase awareness about the product. I have mentioned the use of famous and influential bloggers. I also explained to them the value that tumblr users have to initiate a spark for something in the world of social media. I mentioned meet-ups, followers, reblogs and a lot more about tumblr stuff, and it was really great. Tumblr has now become a big part of my life.

All in all, it was a draining and super exhausting experience and yet it was awesome. I met new friends from other schools and i even met top marketing professionals here in and outside the country, like Mr. Josiah Go - the very Famous Marketing Guru and a lot more.

Thanks God for this wonderful experience. Everything was worth it.

Mr. Lloyd Luna, the best motivational speaker or the number one laughing machine?

Which is which?

If you are engage in business like a student taking up business related courses, you might probably know Mr. Lloyd Luna. He is an author of different books about business, marketing, success, etc. He is also the Philippines’ best motivational speaker, conducted numerous talks and trainings from various organizations inside and outside the country. He is a web developer, pianist, entrepreneur, IT expert and a lot more. He has his own company named after himself that offers various business and marketing services.

The first time I witnessed the exemplary talent and communication skills of Mr. Lloyd Luna back in 2011, during the ALL ACCESS: An Internet Marketing Seminar held in my school and was actually handled by my org where I was the program director, he really caught my attention and captured my interest to listen to him and to learn from him. His skills in talking in the middle of many people was really great, he doesn’t let his listeners to get bored. He puts some sense of humor, and that’s what I like about him. He has his own style in which every audience will be eager to listen to him. Then I had the opportunity to watch him on action again last August 14, 2012 in the 2012 Leadership Congress and he seems to be more hilarious and yet he still captures the attention of the audience. He still talks about funny stuff yet very relevant and inspiring. He’s still awesome.

Someday, I want to be like him. I want to inspire and motivate people. I want to talk in the huge crowd, making everyone happy. I want to create change without being too much serious, just light… just he does it. GREAT! :)))
